The RP Stivers Consulting Team is a group of diverse professionals with backgrounds ranging from Education to Fortune 500 Product Management. All of our consultants, writers, and coaches have more than 5 years of experience in the fields they serve and are deeply committed to people-centered outcome improvements across the range of services we offer.

Ryan P Stivers, MA, PMP, NCRW

Ryan Stivers is the Principal Consultant, Founder, and Owner of RP Stivers Consulting, LLC. Ryan’s life path is not a traditional one. As a product of failing education systems, he dropped out of high school in Chicago, IL and moved into the workforce, quickly becoming a successful project manager and operations professional. After years of proven success in operational process improvement and systems design, Ryan returned to school to obtain his GED (High School Diploma Equivalency). He immediately enrolled in college, working a full-time job and serving as a full-time student. During his time in undergrad, he was awarded the prestigious Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate and Graduate full ride scholarship which enabled him to pursue postsecondary studies. Ryan continued to work throughout both of his degree attainments.
Ryan’s career has included serving in multiple capacities intersecting the nonprofit and for-profit space with an emphasis on leadership, operations, and career education. His prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager, Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Career and Technical Education, Higher Education Professor, and Program Manager.
Ryan’s professional work now focuses on the intersection of highly productive organizations and individuals, including supporting career counseling and leadership coaching for mid-to-senior level professionals and change management initiatives in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Ryan has a decade of experience serving in career development capacities and built RP Stivers Consulting, LLC from a side project in 2016 to the team it is today.
In addition to his professional experience, Ryan is a passionate social justice and educational equity advocate within the New Orleans community. He is a New Leaders Council – Louisiana Chapter Fellow and an active member of Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education where he was previously elected to the international board. Stivers is also an inductee and member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society. He serves on numerous nonprofit boards and volunteers his time to activities that promote youth and community development.
Ryan holds a B.A. Summa Cum Laude in Secondary Education and History from Lake Forest College, where he was a Christopher Mojekwu Awardee for Intercultural Relations and President’s Award, as well as an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Teachers College at Columbia University.

Blake has an extensive background in product management, supply chain management, strategy, and general leadership coaching. Majority of Blake’s tenure has been with Fortune 100 companies in CPG where he managed P&L’s ranging from $50mm-$200mm consisting of both national/regional brands and customer specific private labels. Blake has currently shifted his career into Private Equity focusing on Strategy as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Strategy managing a small team under the Vice President of Supply Chain Optimization.
Blake enjoyed the sailing club while attending the prestigious Lake Forest College in the northern suburbs of Chicago where he earned a BA in Business with a focus in Marketing while minoring in Legal Studies. Blake leads with passion on every team he has been apart of and managed. Blake has distilled his leadership approach into two critical responsibilities as a manager. 1. decision making, 2. implementation, each responsibility needs inclusion with every critical cross functional team.
Currently, Blake has moved from Chicago to the Atlanta Suburbs with his wife, two daughters, and dog Smokey. His entire life has been spent sailing and now racing on Lake Michigan including the grueling Chicago to Mackinac Island race with this team. You will find that Blake uses a lot of these experiences as examples of team work/coaching/leadership as he brings this into his every day work.

Throughout her decade-plus career the mantra: Dream. Disrupt. Deliver. has been the driving force behind Corutney’s love and pursuit of equitable, joyful, nurturing environments for students and adults to cultivate their genius. Courtney has extensive experience in change management, leadership coaching, and K12-Higher Education consulting.
Prior to joining RP Stivers Consulting, LLC, Courtney was a secondary Math Instructor turned Dean of Instruction for YES Prep Public Schools in Houston, Tx; an MTLD for Teach for America in her hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a founding Director of School Environment at an amazing nontraditional tech high school in New Orleans called Rooted School; and most recently had the privilege of leading the student joy, agency, and turnaround work as School Leader of one of Baton Rouge’s oldest and most historic black high schools – Capitol High School. Outside of the K-12 Building, Courtney also designed Culturally Responsive Teaching modules for Johns Hopkins University and serves as a Capstone Coach and EdTPA Facilitator for the university’s master’s program.
Courtney earned her BS in Psychology from Louisiana State University and her master’s in Organizational and School Building Leadership from Columbia University. In her free time, she loves to go to the lakes with her son Noah, support POC initiatives that promote healing and joy, perfect age-defying skincare routines, and indulge in all things Louisiana: football, festivals, and food.

Alejandra Garcia is the RP Stivers Consulting Team’s Lead Resume Writer and a Senior Career Counselor. Alejandra has worked with RP Stivers Consulting, LLC since 2019 and comes to the organization with more than a decade of experience in career counseling and career development experience. She spent the majority of her career working at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as a Career Engagement Educator and Career Specialist serving alumni. Currently, in addition to her work at RP Stivers Consulting, LLC she serves as the Manager, Alumni College and Career Success at Code2College.
Alejandra graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, proficiency in a couple foreign languages, and a strong desire to motivate and empower her community in pursuing fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Through intentional career exploration, self-reflection, and mentorship, she discovered that a career in counseling and development would be a true match based on her interests, values, and skills. She completed a Masters in Guidance and Counseling at Loyola Marymount University and now dedicates her efforts full-time towards supporting college students and career professionals as they seek to discover and enhance their careers. Alejandra attributes her personal and career success to adopting a growth mindset and starting off everyday with a 4:30am workout to clear the mind and start the day on a positive note.

Sandra has more than 30 years of experience in office management and administration. Sandra has been responsible for creating many of RP Stivers Consulting, LLC’s operational processes and serves as an integral part of the team. Outside of her work with RP Stivers Consulting, LLC, Sandra has served in upper management capacities in medical office spaces and retail grocery chains.
Outside of her professional work experience, Sandra loves to spend her time reading, walking, and spending time with her two grandchildren, Summer and Mia!
