Change Management Package

With this package, Ryan will work with you one-on-one to understand the core principles of change management, human-centered design, and creating a deliberately developmental organization (DDO). The package includes both one-on-one sessions, a reading list, and customized problem solving for your organizational issues.

This package includes:

• Two 45 minute educational one-on-one sessions with Ryan Stivers, Principal Consultant
• 2-4 Change Management practice activities to meet your situation’s needs
• One 30 minute feedback session on your activity implementation
• A supplemental reading list and empowerment activities

Note: Once you have completed this package, you will be eligible for a 10% discount on Hourly Leadership Coaching for long-term change management support.
