Managing Up

With this package, we will work with you on how to navigate difficult personalities in your current workplace. We will give you real advice on what is realistic to change and how. We will also help you develop core skill sets of managing difficult personalities and bureaucratic red-tape.

This package includes:

• Two 45 minute educational sessions on managing up and dealing with challenging personalities
• 2-4 Managing up activities to meet your situation’s needs
• One 30 minute feedback session on your activity implementation
• A supplemental reading list and empowerment activities

Note: Once you have completed this package, you will be eligible for a 10% discount on Hourly Leadership Coaching for long-term support.
